Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Craving your candy asap? We get that! If you live in Toronto, you will receive your order in 5 business days. If you live outside of the city, please allow for at least 7-10 days. Please review our Shipping Policy for more info.
Q: Can I pick up my candy?
A: Yes, curbside pick-up is available at 1159 Dundas St. East (in the heart of Leslieville). Please select "free local pick-up" as a shipping option when placing an order.
Q: What are your business hours?
A: We do not have a physical / retail location and operate exclusively as an online retailer. Hours are M-F 9am - 5pm but please reach out in advance to ensure someone is there to meet you with your order. We can often accommodate weekends and after-hour pick-ups too! There is no staff, this is an individually run (small) business. Set up a time to pick-up your order by emailing info@konfektcandy.com
Q: Is all Konfekt candy Swedish?
A: Yes! We import our candy directly from Sweden and we package it here in Toronto. We hope to offer other candy from across Scandinavia and Europe in the future.
Q: Does Konfekt offer corporate or custom candy orders?
A: Yes, of course! What a sweet way to celebrate your colleagues and clients. Please send an email to info@konfektcandy.com and we can discuss your needs, branding, etc. for your next company event.
Q: How long will my Konfekt candy stay fresh?
A: First of all, we admire your restraint to not eat it all right away. Our candy will stay fresh for 3+ months upon opening the package. Please keep your candy in a cool, dark place and away from heat, sun and moisture.
Q: Is Konfekt candy gluten-free?
A: The majority of our candy is gluten-free and is clearly marked as such on the product description. All Pick & Mix bags are both gluten free and gelatin-free. Other products like licorice are not. Please review each candy for specifics on our site.
Q: Does Konfekt candy contain gelatin?
A: The majority of our candy does not contain gelatin and all candy will be clearly marked as such. Some candy uses the natural colouring of carmine, preventing the candy from being truly vegan.
Q: Why is Konfekt candy so delicious?
A: The candy that we import from Malmo Sweden is always made with REAL sugar (no high fructose corn syrup!), no trans fats, and free of GMOs.
Q: Does Konfekt candy contain palm oil?
A: No, all our gummy candies are made without palm oil. All ingredients are clearly marked.
Q: Is your founder Swedish?
A: No she is not. However, she grew up in a Swedish household with her Swedish step-father and extended family who seeded her candy obsession. Also, in grade 9 she chose to research Sweden for a geography project and danced to ABBA in front of her entire class. And yes, she did get an A, thanks for asking.
